Colorful outfit for Sport Center
acoustic curtain STREAMER pro
The Kerenzerberg Sports Centre in Filzbach, Glarus, is situated on a terrace above the southern shore of Lake Walen, 700 meters above sea level. The region is picturesquely situated between the imposing Churfirsten peaks and the Linth plateau. The sports center offers sports clubs and sports associations optimal training conditions and educational opportunities with various sports halls, weight rooms, climbing walls, an indoor swimming pool, a football pitch, etc. With an area of approx. 130'000m2, the Kerenzerberg Sports Centre is one of the largest sports centers in Switzerland.
In collaboration with the architects Burkard Meyer and the Zurich building authorities (building contractor and owner), Annette Douglas Textiles developed the concept for the curtains in the training rooms. The concept for the curtains was developed entirely in the spirit of sport. Colourful, sound-absorbing outfits, respectively curtains for the seminar rooms. The colours are coordinated with the coloured floor surfaces. The STREAMER pro acoustic curtains are excellent sound absorbers and ensure good room acoustics and speech intelligibility, while at the same time providing privacy and glare protection.
